+ What's included in the ticket price?
Your ticket includes a full high tea experience with a mocktail on arrival, a bottomless teapot and high tea style canapes, little sandwiches and delicate cakes. You'll receive a lucky door ticket into the major raffle to WIN a weekend getaway, a gift bag overflowing with goodies and an exclusive gift on your seat. You will also have access to the exclusive market place and shopping opportunities we have designed specifically for new and expecting mums, so take the chance to indulge in something for yourself this mother's day!
+ What is the dress code?
We'd love to see you embrace the feminine side of motherhood and womanhood! White, blue, pink, purple, yellow - bright, light and colourful! Be comfortable, dress comfortable, remember you will be in air-conditioned comfort for the event.
+ Can I go shopping in the marketplace?
Absolutely! Shopping is part of the fun! Some marketplace businesses may not have products available for you on the day, but you will have the opportunity to purchase from them after the high tea. Please note that marketplace businesses will handle purchases differently. Some may have credit card or EFTPOS facilities, and some may only accept cash.
+ Are there any ATM's at the venue?
Yes, there are ATM's at the venue, though you'll find it much easier to bring along some cash for the marketplace.
+ I'm pregnant with my first baby, what will be at the High Tea for me?
Gifts, prizes, raffles, a pregnancy friendly menu for high tea and alcohol-free mocktails are waiting for you! The marketplace will have plenty of products and services specifically for you as well.
+ I have young children, are they welcome to come along?
Children between 0 - 12 months are welcome and free to attend the event with you. If you have any older children, they are welcome to come although we do recommend leaving them home with a family member, friend or babysitter for this one. We want this day to be a relaxing celebration for you, so take this opportunity for some time to yourself!
+ Can I bring my own food/babies food to the high tea?
Absolutely! You are welcome to bring snacks and food with you for your little one.
+ Is there anywhere I can breastfeed in private?
Of course! We have a dedicated Parent's Lounge which will provide a private feeding area if you prefer a little privacy for feeding your bub.
+ My baby is bottle fed, is there somewhere I can warm up a bottle?
Yes! The venue will have an urn available for hot water, if you need to warm a bottle for your bub. Please ask any venue or event staff and they will be more than happy to assist you.
+ Is there room to bring my pram into this event?
Of course! We have allowed for pram space at your table, and also allocated a pram parking space as well, if you'd rather park your pram out of the way while you enjoy the day.
+ Where can I sit down?
You will have an assigned seat inside the venue with plenty of space for your pram if you are bringing your little one along. Seating arrangements will be located at the registration desk on arrival.
+ Where can I get my tickets?
Tickets will be available online and you can save $50 by booking in for the earlybird offer! See the 'Tickets' tab for more information. To be seated with family or friends, it is essential to purchase tickets as a group. Tables of up to 8 can be accommodated. For parties of more than 8, we arrange tables next to each other.
+ Are tickets refundable?
Unfortunately, tickets are NOT refundable, however they are transferrable. Duplication or sale of this ticket may result in refusal of entry into the event. The unique barcode on your ticket can only be used once for entry to the event. Multiple copies of this ticket will not allow multiple entries to the event. In the event of a duplicate ticket at registration, the venue or promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to all ticket holders. To transfer your ticket to someone else, please contact Bump HQ at email@example.com.
+ Do I need to present my ticket at registration?
No, you won't even need to look it up on your phone if you don't have any spare hands! Registration staff will have online attendee records so all you need to do is give us your name and we can check you in on our system.
+ What if I have specific dietary requirements?
You will be asked about your dietary requirements when you purchase your ticket. Please note any restrictions there and the venue will be notified of your request.
+ Where can I park? Is there wheelchair access or a ramp? I'm carrying a bowling ball between my legs and walking is really flippin' hard!
The venue has over 500 carpark spaces, so there is ample parking for you, and yes, there are ramps and easy access for prams, wheelchairs and pregnant mumma's!
+ What if my child is lost?
Your child must remain with you at all times. The venue doors are closed after attendees have been seated, however we cannot provide babysitting services at this event. Your child is solely your responsbility. If for any reason, your child is lost, speak to any staff member or event organiser at the venue immediately, and we will be able to assist you.
+ Is there anything for my husband/partner to do?
He is certainly welcome, though we have no specific dad-plans - he is more than welcome to hang out at the Sharks Sports Bar while you glam it up next door with us! It's a high tea event and if your husband/partner or any other family/friends would like to attend and celebrate Mother's Day with you, we would love you to book your seats together!
